The more often I go out, the luckier I am. Of course, this is not the close-up wildlife shot with a long-range lense. That is not my field. But this roe just was a beautiful addition to one of my many lane shots, making a lot of difference.Taken near Laage Vuursche/The Netherlands

Last week, at work, I was attending a meeting and at one time I looked out of the window and saw-not only one, but TWO roes standing outside in the sunlight! They stood still for several seconds, just gazing around, before they slowly walked away. They are so elegant, so graceful, so beautiful!

Beautiful. I once saw 3 turkey vultures walk by in a similar location. I had my camera on a tripod but they were far away and it was dark. Reminds me I should go back and look at how that came out
