Not sure if this was some sort of joke or something, but the characters are from a show called "Sherlock" (it's on BBC, but for America, it's on PBS)
The character names are Sherlock Holmes (left) and John Watson (right).
The character "Castiel" is on the show Supernatural and is played by a different actor then either of the two above (Misha Collins). Supernatural is on CW as well, so, different channel.
