that this was Metroid fan art

It is inspired by Metroid! Me and a buddy at the office decided to re-imagine some of the games elements and do some concept art of it for fun

What a strange coincidence that the moment I completed my first Metroid game
that this popped up in my inbox!
But yes! It's an extremely fun and interesting game! Very overlooked imo!
You should definitely give it a shot! I think the best introduction to the series would be Zero Mission
on the Game Boy AdvanceΒ since the games storyline is mixed in with Metroid 1 on the NES
And by the way, great painting!
