Among the first villains I ever created. Lyle and Kyle Bartholomew are twins with opposite abilities. Ice-Lord and Sunstorm seemed like cool names, at the time. I wrote an origin for Sunstorm once, where he was a convicted murderer whose powers were triggered by his execution in the electric chair.
