Dude, I'm on her side! Ever work a fast lane check out where it's 12 items or less, and they come over with 12,000 small things? Then you fine out they only speak a little bit of English, so you can't even explain it to them, so you have to check them out. Then for the next fifteen minutes you're dealing with the pissed off customers who had to wait behind them.... Yeah, you'd grow fangs and an angry disposition too. (Sorry about the rant).
