Description
And here's the final piece. Overall I'm pleased, although I regret having dropped this piece midway through to go on my break. Oh well, I just hope these two are able to reconcile at some point. Again, I don't ship these two, but I just had to dedicate a piece to them since RT acknowledged the ship.Related content

Very beautiful, the emotion in it is truly there, and I love the power in those words. Wonderful work.

Thank you very much! I just thought of those words on the spot, but I'm sure it must have been inspired by something deep inside my subconscious mind.

Hah, that's clever! xD
Thanks, I appreciate that very much. I just wish more people were like you and wouldn't get so easily triggered by a ship they didn't support.

Good art should be appreciated regardless of how people feel about the content, as long as it doesn't hurt anyone. Your art hurts nobody. It's good and should be praised as such, so that's what I felt like doing ^_^

Aww... Bumblefeels.
I look forward to Yang and Blake meeting each other again. Who knows what will happen when they do. I don't think Yang is going to yell in excitement and run over and give Blake a one-armed hug. No, I think Yang is still bitter about Blake running away, and will be cold when she sees her. She might even snap at Blake, her eyes going all red. It would be bad writing and a wasted opportunity if the writers let Yang forgive Blake too quickly. Something like that should take time. We need the dram and conflict between them.
I like that you added rain, because it makes the pic look sadder. Rain and dark colors are great for showing sadness. Yang's tears reminds me of the Blade Runner quote "All those moments will be lost in time, like tears...in...rain." Overall I think it's a great and touching pic.
The only thing I can nitpick about is that Yang's boob looks too pointy. She's big, but not that big.Β And finally... dat Bellabooty. I know the pic is supposed to be sad, but that butt steals some of the focus.

Thanks. Yes I agree, there should still be tension if Blake returns. I feel Blake should be the one to work her (see pic) off to mend the bond they once shared. It shouldn't come too easy for Blake and I have faith the writers would be able to handle this properly.
Rain and dark colors are the first things that came to my mind when I started on this pic. After seeing Yang as distraught as she was about Blake leaving, the scene just fell into place when I first thought about doing a Bumblebee pic.
I wholeheartedly agree with the nitpicking. Yang's boob does look too big. My pic of Pyrrha also has this problem... I think I have to put in some effort at remaining consistent with the source material, as it looks like I'm still used to drawing my OC's and not having to worry about consistency. In regards to the booty, I will admit and say that I wanted to throw in some sexy in there despite the scene, but I let that get the better of me. Even after toning it down slightly from the initial draft, it still looks way too obvious. It's not realistic either, because even if we assume it's tight leather pants, it shouldn't be so pronounced unless the pants was giving her a wedgie. Lessons learned.

Hm... I don't have a fav per se. I'm not an active shipper in general to be honest. However, because I like Pyrrha a lot and I always find Jaune amusing, I wouldn't have minded seeing more Arkos. We all know how that ended up though. Other ships I wouldn't mind seeing develop is Jaded and Snowbird, as I found their interactions pretty interesting. However, at the end of the day I wouldn't be disappointed if nothing happens shipping-related, as long as the story progresses.

And you wouldn't mind whoever got with who as long as it's written well?

To be frank, I'm more interested in what the hell Salem is up to. Shipping is just a side bonus for me, and it only needs to be written well in the sense that it's believable. Even Iceberg, which is seemingly out of the blue, is believable because hey, what if Weiss had a 'love at first sight' moment due to Neptune's dashing looks? It happens. Something like Blake x Zwei though...that's where I draw the line.

What other ships do you find believable?

Sorry for no response all this time. Life happened.
Anyway, WhiteRose would be another example to answer your question. The story has had their relationship developed heavily early on. However, to me it was all platonic, nothing romantic. That said, I could still see the ship happening because the foundation is now there. The writers just need to nudge it in that direction and let it slowly blossom. So depending on the circumstances, any ship is believable to me as long as there is reasonable potential for it to happen.
