I'll try to make this as constructive as I can.
I would like to see more of why she can't tell the others about this. What is her reasoning for not telling Rainbow about the donations she makes? Is she just modest? I think this could be flushed out to be much longer and more detailed, and maybe even a short story.
I also noticed that you have taken many liberties with Rarity's design. I would like to know why. Is this an older Rarity? Is this your interpretation of her that just fits your style more? It's not a bad thing, I'm just curious.
Those were literally the only gripes I had with it. It was a very nice story. Keep up the good work!

Well, the not telling rainbow dash thing is because telling her the money is for orphans would be like putting too much preasre on her, Rarity prefers to take the hit and she is also modest about it. Thats my reasoning behind it anyway, the length thing i agree, this could be better developed but its not, for time reasons. I do this alone and each page takes a lot of time, maybe i will work more on a more developed story but for this one i felt three pages was enough.
for rarity's design i just have my style for drawing and tied a few things and came up with this one and i liked it, so i went with it.

But perhaps this is actually a statement poised to mock the comment system as it stands in modern society. Perhaps this "Wazup970" is satirizing the generic terrible comment by making a comment so terrible that it is interpreted as genuine!
