I've put this off for a while because I felt like I needed to get my skill level up well enough to be able to a halfway decent job on this creeptastic critter, but I'm glad I did because I'm really happy with this one. Since Bandai nor any other figure company has made a proper toy of the 5th form of Shin Godzilla beyond the toys where the cluster of them are coming out of the tail, I decided to be proactive and do it myself, as I typically do such as with the Godzilla: The Series figures.
This was a lot of fun, but dang was it hard to sculpt. Lots of individual pieces, and sadly my camera doesn't show all the layers of colors I I tried to apply here, but regardless I'm happy with the final product. If the day comes when a real figure is made I'll definitely pick one up, but honestly I kinda love this freaky thing.

Looks great. I still don't know why they went with the 1 eye look on it. Got to be a cultural thing cause it is over my head lol. Good work though

Ain't that the truth. When I first heard about these things from my friends who saw it in Tokyo I thought there was no way Toho allowed something that freakishly insane to be in a Godzilla movie, but thankfully they did and now we have one of the weirdest, creepiest and most effective endings in the franchise's history. I'm just salty they never made a toy of this thing properly considering it's one of the most successful films ever in Japan

I would hope they would make smaller scale figures of this version, something Gashapon scale 2.5-3 inches tall, so a person could army build like I do with the Gyaos and V.Rex
