The next day, Godzilla and Legendary left Rodan and Anguirus in charge of Junior, with Godzilla making sure they wouldn’t tell Junior where they’re going. Godzilla went to meet Legendary at the beach when he saw him and Gojirin together. The two were huddled together, cuddling, as Legendary wrapped his arm around her shoulder. He then kissed her on the cheek, causing her to blush. Gojirin then moved even closer to him and said “I’m gonna miss you, baby.” Legendary replied to her with “I know, but I’ll be back in a few days.” Gojirin then sweetly nuzzled him and said affectionately “I’ll be waiting for you.” Godzilla looked at the two with a smile, glad that his brother has found a happy relationship. He then walked to them and said “Sorry to break this up up, but me and Legendary need to leave.” As the two waded out into the ocean, he quickly turned around at Gojirin and yelled “I’ll miss you too!” Godzilla then called out to him “Come on, lover boy.” Later, while the two were traversing the ocean, they caught a glimpse of a nearby island. Godzilla then said “We should take shelter for the night.” Legendary then replied “Do you think we should stay here?” Godzilla then agreed, for the island looked abandoned, and the two came ashore. When they did, the two found a nearby cave and each took a separate part as a sleeping area.
