Awesome capture! The hue is quite interesting, I must say. I really like the close-up and how sharp it is. The contrast between the background and foreground is pretty cool too.
We seem to be more focused on the beak than anything. Are you hinting at something there?

I'm pretty sure its a pigeon - I see them all the time around the city, rare to see them around where I live - especially if they're red
