I cant find the Burn tool! I've clicked on Dodge there, as you can see. However, no Burn. I've used the prorgram's help, and it provides an example icon of what it looks like [the same hand as you screenshot'd] yet its just not there :/

you have to click on the little black arrow in the corner of the dodge tool icon.

I love this tuturial, and use it a lot, but I'm having a hard time making the waves on top of the water, like near the sunlit area. Is there any easy way of doing that?

This is great and its gone good so far - the dodge tool went good but when i did the burn tool at the bottom cornerit came up all circley and didnt look smooth help?! x

hey ... very nice tutorial indeed.
but one little problem ... wht tool do u use to make the green ovals? and do u change the opacity of thoose layers? ... I can't manage to make thoose oval look good enough ...
