Backstory
Location: Earth-like conlonized planet. Generally intended for agricultural crops. A large part of the planet still inhabited by human race.

It's not clear how the alien egg ''apeard'' on this planet. (Probably it was accidentally transported there in on of the explorer's ships) Facehugger 'infected' a tamed lynx, which lived in a human colony. Freshly borned chestburster was beastly roughed up by straying dogs. (Most of them end up dead) It hid himself in the unused littered alley, where he was found by a teenage girl - Kara. She didn't tell anyone, but becuase of curiosity she was watching him for a longer time, and bringing food for him every day. Chestburster learned that in this alley he will always gain free food. (He was growing up longer than the normal one, becuase of his injuries.)

Kara gave him a name - Raymond, (after her dead cat) and kind of tamed him. After some time he became noticable, but no one in the colony knew what a Xenomorph is. They thought he is just a part of mostly unknow local fauna. Ray didn't find people dangerous, so he didn't kill them, instead he was hunting on straying dogs and random animals.

Within a year Kara and her family were treating Ray as a part of the family, something like a pet but living where he wanted. People from the colony get used to him, and Ray becames kind of recognizable there. During this time in his life he learned things that any Xenomorph never learned. He started to feel emotions. (It's still not confirmed how it happened)

After some years Kara and her family had to move out from the colony, becuase of lack of job. They just moved out from this planet to another, but they couldn't bring Ray with them. It was the point when his consciousness became on a more ''human level''. He consciously felt that he was abandoned.

He was spending his life on straying near people and exploring the planet. He learned a bit of human speech and his exploring journeys began to go further. Ray even travelled stowaways by spaceships to explore other planets. Ships crews started to recognize him, and he was generally liked.
Then he stayed a bit longer on one planet. He found Shimmery.
