Description This Excel Spreadsheet can help you figure out your prices for your prints, before submitting. It lists all dimensions, minimum resolution, excellent resolution, aspect ratio, default price, Frame sizes available, base price, YOUR price, and can calculate your profit. I have all the items and sizes currently available for sale through DeviantArt.

This is not a final version.... It has some holes. Anything with a "?" i do not have the info for. If the base price isn't there then your profit will come out as "#VALUE" for logical reasons.

Update: 9/26/04 - Added a few missing base prices for Lustre Prints. Keep up the good work you guys!

Update: The base price for a calendar has been added. If you have any more info that is not in here please let me know!

And then some. I mean, I know we're supposed to be artists or something, but how many people can seriously afford the prices set here?
Well, but anywho, thanks again. You're awesome!

Works like a charm. That's a very helpful thing you've put together there. This will help a lot.
I'll point to this deviation when needed.

Awosme! I was thinking about adding another sheet that will let you see your profit based on the quantity you'll think you'll sell based on the prices you set. I dunno if this would be useful or if anyone really cares about stuff like that.

the information is the same as on your post. i am wondering if there is a cmyk standard for these dementions. resultion standard?

kin In reply to Yaroslav [2004-09-21 17:19:14 +0000 UTC]

The minimum and optimal resolutions are calculated based on the figure that the DA Prints service gives, that the minimum resolution should be 150dpi and the optimal is 300dpi. Multiply these numbers by the physical size to get the needed resolution in pixels.
