Description
Here is a map I made for the popular online game Counter-Strike. Created with Vavle Hammer Editor 3.4. Modeled after M.C. Escher's "Relativity" piece. Contains six CT spawn points and six T spawn points. No hostages to rescue or bomb to plant... mainly just for deathmatch fun. Took about 2 weeks to create. To play: unzip .bsp file and put in your "Steam\SteamApps\youremail@here.com\coun ter-strike\cstrike\maps" folder, start Counter-Strike, click New Game, select relativity from the map list, and Start!

does it work? like can one guy be walking on one set of stairs and then you see some one looking at you from the ceiling or the wall

no unfortunately, the engine doesn't allow that... gravity can only be in one direction.
but its cool when you are fighting in a sideways area with the grass to your left and the sky to your right...
hopefully someday I can make this map in Prey where gravity can be different directions for different areas.. that would be awesome

Interesting. I saw a thread about this on interlopers.net in which they are making the same thing for HL2. Nice job.

This is cool. I'm gonna get it once I get CS not broken. And it's right in the middle of my Escher phase too.
