Description
This picture was taken shortly after [link] and I shot through the west side of the line of thunderstorms that extended north to south across the Texas Panhandle. This is on the highway that heads south from highway 152 towards McLean, TX. We experienced heavy rainfall as we pushed through the northern outer edge of the cell as it was approaching Wheeler, TX. I think we somewhat threaded the needle between the nasty stuff. We followed it until dark and decided to head through the heavy rain back home.Β©Copyright Kyle Wright. I'm so jealous of this picture! I always try to get out and take pictures of clouds before storms and none of mine ever look this awesome! It's great that your getting into photography so young, (not that im much older being 17 ) but really, this a very great shot.

Are you a storm chaser? Or do you just chase after storms and take pictures? Lol.

I'm a bit new to it and am by no means an official storm chaser. However, I do like chasing storms and taking pictures of those storms and the awesome views they provide when safely possible.

You seem to catch some pretty awesome views. Do you edit the colors at all? Or is what I'm seeing what you saw?
