A bust illustration for inkdragon13 , because she won the friendship award in my contest. This is her very interesting OC Maxwell. He's a dusk screecher, a original species that Ink created when she asked herself what humans would look like if they would have evolved to fly. Through thorough research she came to this design, which I had a lot of fun with translating into my style :3 The dusk screechers are influenced by creatures like baboons and bats.

A little bit of background on the character from the creator: Maxwell is a leading screecher in his cacophony (a group of screechers) and is generally aggressive towards humans, preferring to stay away from them. He will come in contact with humans without a second thought if it means helping one of his kind, even if that screecher is a stranger. With other screechers Maxwell is usually sincere and serious, as well as gentle and warm when he needs to be.
