Cornelia needed her own standalone picture featuring her new look, so here it is! I took the chance to use some of my photos from my kayaking/hiking day trip last week, along with using this picture to put together a lighting tutorial!

I love how serene and thoughtful Cornelia looks here- that lavender waistcoat really suits her too! I love the brushwork here, it looks like real ink- so bold and the watercolour effect on the background is delightful. I love the yellow tone to the lighting, it makes me think of dappled sunlight through the trees.

Thank you! I like giving her vests and corsets to give her more of an "adventuring look."
Ohh, I found this really nice brush in photoshop that looks a lot like a charcoal pencil, so I've been using it with all my works as of late! I'm so happy you like how the background looks too! I wasn't sure about whether I should blur it or not, but I'm glad I went with the decision to do so in the end to make Cornelia stand out. ^__^
