Inspiration: SHIELD, the US Air Force, etc.

This is the prototype emblem for a group in a story I'm working on, MARCO, a UN paramilitary force created in response to the potential threat of magic-wielding enemies. Much like SHIELD, they are equipped with state of the art equipment, trained in the latest tactics, and prepared as any normal human can be prepared against such things. In the story, they take a more secondary role, seeing as the protagonists (a team of magical girls, in case you were wondering) are not part of them, but they are shown to be very proficient in that role. Their job description also involves keeping the existence of magical girls and evil monsters from becoming public knowledge.

The motto is Latin for "Fight the Dragons". The context being, in the olden days, maps and globes would label unexplored/dangerous places with either drawings of dragons/monsters, or the text "Here be Dragons". Magic represents the unexplained/unexplored, and MARCO is specifically organized to fight against magic that can endanger the normal world. So yeah. Fight the Dragons!
