I've got an update for you on this. It's reclassified as a GP38-2S. Just recently photographed it myself.

One thing I love is their paint schemes.
First they had 'Bright Future'
Then the roll out 'Dark Future'...
Well give them their chops there, they nailed it.

They sit there all the time and trip the lights. The crew is getting ready to switch out loaded and empty racks. He just cleared the switch that leads into the area where they unload the autoracks.
I did miss something interesting though. They managed to lay a GP15 on it's side earlier this morning.
