Description I..I just noticed how much he looks like Phil! It's not intended!! I swear they looked different in my head!!! ;_;

Okay, here we go:

and I wanted to make him look cute in a doodle.... and I ended up submitting this doodle.... but most of the time he has a really cold look XD like... indifferent
