I saw her see me from across the room.  Her . . . her long red hair, ya know, it . . . the light just  bounced off it.  An', an' I go across and see, talk to her -- nah, first I just looked . . . just looked.  I looked like I knew I couldn' have 'er.  Just . . . just stared -- no I'm not stupid I didn' jus' STARE stare . . . but I stared.  It . . . it was like how you're driving by an accident.  It's like the whole world slows down -- yeah, I know, fuckin' annoyin' -- but they slow down, they don' wanna look but they can't help it.  You . . . they . . . they look like they don' wanna look but they look and they see -- well no but they wish they saw some man with 'is wife 'n' kid hangin' out, blood on the windshield.  They don' wanna see but they stare.  See, I . . . I watch 'er like that.  Like . . . like a beautiful accident . . . like, like a beautifully disasterous new something -- no, someone -- in my life, uninvited like a stray bullet in tha head, but  . . . but . . . but wanted, but needed.  No. No no she . . . she she she she wasn' like a disaster herself but like . . . like one of the Greek, no, Roman -- Greek, yeah, Greek -- a Greek . . . signal?  Sig--?  Sigeh--?  Nah.  Sie--? Sier. . . siren!  Like a, a Greek siren, she just sang, she wasn't a disastrous herself, she welcomed it -- no, no dumbshit, I jus' said she wasn't a disastrous herself she was like a Roman sie -- Greek siren.  She wants it like I want her but don't want IT.  Don't want disaster.  But anyways I . . . I see her . . . stare, yeah, whatever . . . smartass, an' I go over an' talk.  I just introduce myself, just like normal, just -- no, I didn' say that -- smartass, I bet you woulda.

She . . . she told me her name.  I'll . . . I'll never forget.  Her . . . she . . . like a siren . . . she lured me . . . forever . . . I'll remember forever.

But see, Doc, when . . . when I see these windows fenced over, my . . . my my my . . . my b-b-bed, the, the the the w-walls, they used to be white, but stained now, old.  When I see them I think of h-her.  I . . . I think of her . . . she . . . siren . . . she lured me . . . I . . . no, I didn't kill her, she . . . I LURED HER, she was the siren, but I wouldn't hear the song any longer . . . the s-song just for me, she loved me, she lured . . . so I sang it myself, I covered her mouth . . . I still remember, always remember -- and I sang the siren song -- no . . . I didn' kill  her, Doc, you gotta bahlieve me.  She . . . she d-drowned; I lured her in like she wanted to lure me . . . she crashed and d-drowned on the rocks, she drowned on the rocks -- she told me her name!  Don't go, don't go.  I'll . . . I'll always remember.  I will always remember her name.
