Description
Win 7~ Windows Media Player 12 Theme ~ wmploc.dllSame as my X86 version but in a X64 flavour.
Instructions inside folder.

when I try to install this i get an error that says wmp isn't installed properly and won't open please help im on windows 7 64 bit

If people are having problems installing with the new WMP (version 12,0,7600,16667), download ResHacker [link] , run as admin, and edit the SYSTEM32 wmploc.dll like this:
Open -> [C:Windows\System32\wmploc.dll]
Expand VersionInfo->1->1033
Change all of the 12,0,7600,16147 to 12,0,7600,16667 , keeping all of the structure exactly the same.
Click "Compile Script"
File->Save
VOILA!

Black neon sounds like a good idea , i will try and work something out
You can change your system fonts and colours by going to PERSONALIZE > WINDOW COLOR > ADVANCED APPEARANCE SETTINGS.
Then change your fonts/colours around to suit your needs.
