In an anacap society. 

The corporations not held down by governments will scramble to consolidate their power. Some will merger with others to gain more influence. They will also begin to buy out smaller stores. At a certain power they will see that working together is in their best interests and they do so. Keeping prices at a steady place and lowering conditions to make the up most profit. They also being to buy up [private security forces.

Workers will now be at the whim of corporations, having large amounts of their labor value taken for profit. Any form of them self organizing will be seen as a violation of the NAP and be taken down because it's close to "Socialism" Soon the corporations will make places to live there people will pay them for running water and security. And soon in the end we come to the point where the corporations themselves have become the new shadow government. Not even need ing to try and support the people. 

In a LibSoc society.

Unions will help organize other functions to help organize, all will be owned collectively. Transportation, hospitals, schools etc. Except for ones personal belongings. Cars, a house, your toothbrush etc.
