Description
More excursions into cartoon blasphemy can be seen in my DA "Cartoon Characters" gallery: [link]This is my first installment in a series of movie sendups in which I employ the cast of "Adventure Time".
AN ADVENTURE CRIME CULT FILM SPOLIER #1
So I start with the last letter of the alphabet. These things will appear in no particular order. When it comes to science fiction / fantasy cult films one cannot plumb weirder depths than in John Boorman's 1974 low budget misfire "Zardoz".
So you may ask, why are the AT boys waving guns and wearing red diapers?
If I have to explain the joke, you will never get it. Either see this unbelievably bizarre movie or consult Wikipedia.
Here is a Youtube link with the relevant dialog. MATURE WARNING! Go there if you dare:

Here is the same clip as it appeared in the 1974 movie trailer:

Your observation representsΒ almost as much effort as I put into the picture. I set this series aside for several years, but I have returned to it. My next AT film parody will feature P.B. as the possessed girl from "The Exorcist".

That book was great, the movie with live animals was pretty balling too. [link]
A lot better then the 1984 adaption IMHO.

Splendid! One of the most whacked out SF movies ever, now gloriously improved!

That line floored me. I was not expecting it at all, and just out of nowhere he said it. I almost choked on my saliva laughing about it.

Zardoz was the only R-rated movie I ever snuck in on first run before I was 17. I thought it was cool at the time. Now I look back on it as an absurdity.

I was 16 in 1974. Theoretically that makes me old enouh to be your grandfather. Why are you watching such naughty movies?

The addition of Adventure Time could only make Zardoz make sense. The craziness of each will cancel out the other.

Both are improbable post-apocalyptic scenarios.
