sharing my lunch with a friend down at the mandurah foreshore today.hey bryan - using the 10mm lens you can appreciate how close this fella needed to come to me to get his food.
kudos to the bird who had the guts to get this close to me and let me make his photo.

thank you. not really macro. it is taken with a wide angle lens. so absolutely zero zoom. but i guess the end result is kinda macro with how close he got to the lens. he was only inches away when i snapped this.

Cover yourself in grass and poke your camera out the end and you will have no troble at all getting them birds haha Sweet shot aswell mate!

this is was made using a wide angle lens so the seagull was right there with me - about 6 inches from the lens.
it was a very keen seagull
