Here is my first PokeCafe tutorial for OLD GATEAU! I know you were expecting poffins, but I decided to scrap said idea and make Old Gateau instead^^It follows a basic spongecake recipe with an added extra of purple food colouring and baked in a different shaped tin for the rectangle old gateau look ^^
I hope to see everybodies interpretations of this recipe.
I really enjoyed making this and I hope all you guys do to! X3

if i could make a suggestion, i would cut the oven time by a few minutes as i find that it makes the gateau denser and more moist.

Yes but the problem with that is this particular type of mixture, because it has colouring in it it needs a little longer to bake so the middle isn't soggy, the gateau goes rather well with MooMoo milk though ;3

make sure that the mixture is a very dark purple
