I don't know anything about Homestuck so I had to look up Nepeta, but this looks like a neat rendition. I like the scene you've built here; it has a sense of quiet peace and a bit of melancholy. The bright light in the bottom left makes me think of city lights glow, far removed from the subject.

The lower half of the body is a bit awkward though. The left thigh is too short, and the right calf and foot are too small.

I like the colours you've chosen to shade with: the touch of red on the pocket, and the bluey-green on the legs that looks like the aurora illuminating them. It's very pretty!

I really like the mood of this scene.

I notice that the stars in the background are very blurry though and feel like they were taken from a photograph.
I would always recommend drawing everything yourself.

You did a great job on the shading of the character and the colors you used work out really great.

The shine of the moon is overly well done but is cut of at the bottom which looks unnatural.

The top right text is a nice touch and I would really recommend using the same font for the remaining text since it suits the scene better.

I noticed you seem to have some trouble with the perspective on the legs here.
The front leg is much bigger than the other one. I guess, you wanted the character to cross the legs?

I like the expression you gave the character, by the way. It works really great with the story.

Overall, this is a great piece showing a lot of your potential!
Please remember to practice a lot from real life.
