Recently just watch South Park , aaaand It wasn't really like I thought it would be.. I thought it would have be WORST like WAY WORST but it wasn't i guess? o-o it is weird though -w-. The colour palette is really nice, and I like the bright, light, peaceful setting. These two share such a tight friendship--they can survive anything!--and it's always cool to see artwork showing this. I'm not a huge fan of depictions of the boys in anime style, but I think you did a good job at portraying a moment of friendship between the characters. Kyle's expression seems very appropriate for him; I'm sure he's having a rant about something!
On the con-crit side, I agree with what laurentiusmark93 said: Stan's upper left arm is too long. This is a difficult pose to draw; it's probably advisable to use a reference image to get an idea of the necessary proportions. You could also tighten up your attention to details, like the creases you'd expect to see in the clothing where the joints bend. Also...are Kyle's thumbs on backwards?
Lovely to see South Park artwork--I've been watching the show since it started, and always take joy in seeing South Park-related stuff! Keep up the good work

Okay, You are good at drawing background, let me see, from Sakura Tree, you blur it, wow! Cool!
And those fallen petal...
But I think you need learn about falling leaves and Sakura petal shape...
The tree looks flat... you need at least basic shading to make it like "tube"
Go to character
1. The right hand of brown jacket man is... um... you know... not good...
The arm proportion is totally wrong
2. The feet of both character too small...
3. Add some shadow between two characters, and grass...
4. You need shading at both character at clothes... make it looks like have volumes

You have great potential, especially in background concept, you have strength in that
