Screw Loose whimpered. "NO!" Snider sprayed her with water. "NO! NO WHIMPERING! YOU. ARE. NOT. A. DOG.!" Screw Loose quivered, and couldn't help but whimper again. Another gush of cold, cold water sprayed her. Her main was ruined. Screw barked in fury and fear. "NO BARKING!" Snider screamed. And Screw Loose was hit with yet another freezing stream of water. Screw growled. They sprayed. Screw snarled. They sprayed. Screw continued to bark and howl and whine, and by the end of the day she couldn't take it. "STOP!" She yelled. Expecting more water, she winced. They didn't. They didn't spray. Or yell. They didn't do anything. Just escorted her out quietly.

1: That cuteymark belongs to a backgroundpony that showed up in one episode clearly crazy.
2: Cold water was popular method used in the beginning of the 20th century to handle mental patients for manic-depressive psychoses. The cold would slow down bloodflow to the brain, decreasing mental and physical activity.
It's in general a bad thing.
We have drugs for that.
Drugs are usually better than being blasted with icecold water.
