May I ask for permission to use this in a RPG Maker XP game I am making which will be made available cheaply on Steam? I would be willing to strike some kind of deal, such as giving you free Steam keys for my game. It is very important to me as I have already used your assets in many of my maps without seeing you tell people that you do not want it used in other people's games. I like what you have edited together and it would mean a lot to me if I received permission.Β

I understand, but I looked at the FAQ on the official RPG Maker website, and I found this:
"Can I sell my games created with RPG Maker XP/VX and its game materials included in (or added on to) the software?
Yes, you can distribute games you created with RPG Maker XP/VX or IG Maker, using its included (or added on) materials, as freeware or commercial ware. You are also allowed to modify the materials with other software such as Photoshop, provided they are only used within RPG Maker or IG Maker software, and not sold/or distributed. You can also include your own graphics and music if you wish. Please ensure that those games do not include any material which infringe others' rights."

Are you sure using these outside of RPG Maker won't violate any of Enterbrain's license agreements? I know a lot of their tiles and the DLC on their site is only usable within an RPG Maker product.

Is there any way you can edit it smaller so it It can be used in sections? I REALLY love the fish and nets and barrels and stuff but I can't seem to get it all to work.. Can you edit them and do you mind if I used them? I really love them. ^^
