Description
This one if for ~mutequacky and ~AlienDragonLover .

Started as a render test of the mesh, which was a test of the object output generator I added to this project . This object contains 12.3 million (quad) polygons.

Overall construct is a quaternion Julia fractal (again ) and then a level 3 Menger sponge (probably easier to see in the full image).

Rendering was done with my own software render. Both the ground and fractal have Fresnel effect and some subsurface scattering, the ground also contains a light emitting substance. The sun is near the horizon and a bit towards to the camera to cast some light along the sides of the object.
