Well this is something quite different.. The huge eyes are a fun addition in one sense, because they truly take the emote to the furthest level and they definitely express akind of amazement and incredibility.. But I think you went a little overboard with the size. The concept is very good, and very daring actually; but as a part of the 'omg' 'wtf' etc. family, this would just stand out a little too much. Maybe if you made the eyes smaller and less obviously huge, it would help some.
Also, the colour isn't bad as such, it would be a nice addition to the otherwise calm and dull (though excellent) colours of the little 'series'; but I think the neon shade just bugs people. But I dunno, the kind of jumping-out bringhtness of the green does bring the emote out and expresses the same that his expression does.. Difficult situation really.
But there are plenty of goos things here too. For one, the animation is amazing here, really smooth and mobile! It reminds me of the way cartoon characters sometimes jump three feet into the air when they are surprised, or in animated cartoons when a character looks at something, then begins to look away, and then whips his head back around to stare in amazement at something. But here the rocking is like an extra effect and feature, which really brings about the sense that this emote can't believe what he's seeing. The mouth is also really nice, it's just a shame it doesn't really get the attention it deserves because of the eyes. It reminds me of the mouth of the : jawdrop : - emote, and it is very descriptive and has real personality. And another thing, the way his eyes seem to be looking a little downwards is really good too, a refreshing re-make of the emote eith a new perspective, so to speak.

This is certainly not bad at all, but maybe if the eyes were made a little smaller it would be made great. Good work!

I don't know about this one. I like 'em better when they're smoother. That green's really kicking me in the eyes but I like the emphasis his expression has.
