Not really a tutorial, but I suck at that kind of stuff.
And I did more of a face study kind of tutorial because I don’t want anyone to think that you have to copy Kishimoto’s style to make Naruto characters look like themselves. Kishimoto is one of those manga artists that gave each of his characters unique characteristics, and that’s one of the funnest things about doing Naruto fanart. You can draw in your own style, and if you add that unique facial feature the character has, it will still look a lot like who you’re trying to draw (of course there’s stuff like unique hairstyles and whatnot, but, you know, if the face doesn’t look right, it just looks like a cosplayer XP)
I love Hidan’s eyes. I was looking up different types of eyes and apparantly Hidan’s eye shape is referred to as “sexy bedroom eyes.” ROOOoooooOOOoooflwaffles.
…and while drawing this, my cousin and I concluded that Hidan was the offspring of Seifer and Fujin from FFVIII. XD

THANKYOU! Man, he'd frikkin hard to draw at times, I did do this PERFECT drawing once, I mean, straight from teh manga, lookie and drawie. The original was tiny and mine was 5 times teh size, it turned out soooo good and I'm majorly proud of myself cause everything else I draw turns out like shizznizzle. Lol, to me at least.

Well, my sister actually plays it. FF8 is the only one we have though. I don't think I have enough patience to play a game like that XD. I was my sister's navigator (that means I read the walkthrough to her). Seriously, I don't think you can properly go through that game without using a walkthrough o_o;;;;.

XD That was my job, too. We've played a bunch of the FF series, and I was constantly either reading from the guidebook or looking for stuff on the internet. It was really fun, though! I'm always my sister's guidebook. Is your sister older or younger than you? Oh! Does she draw as well? Heh, sorry... Curiosity's a curse, I know.

I'm the youngest in my family. We're all two years apart. My sisters picked on me a lot TT~TT Ah, I'm jealous of my sister. I got into drawing, and I'm KIND OF getting better. Then she started drawing, and now she's better. It's not fair! *whines* She has more pageviews, too.
But I have my chibi stickers! I am happy! Speaking of, I finished my Dosu! He was about the third one I ever drew, but I never got around to GIMPing him. But I finally did! I've waited so long <33 I don't even like Dosu that much. Just the sticker design.

No kidding! I'm even doing Kakuzu's little bounty hunter friend. As a joke, but still. I'm doing a maskless-Kuzu, Curse Hidan, ALL peins... So yeah. It'll be fun. I'm doing Shibi too. Excited for that one. He and Baki are just one big inside joke. Most of our long laughing periods are ended with, 'Oh, Baki...'. It's beautiful.
Our whole family is into art, including my mom. Not so much my dad, but he appreciates it enough to comment. It's rather supportive, I guess... Anyways, I'm gonna go now... Big thunder storm coming. All I can hear is thunder, and the lights just flickered. I'm excited again!

Ah, I'm having issues with my job... I was supposed to do orientation today, and I was told it would be at 8. Naturally, I believed that it would be 8 p.m., as catering is a night event more commonly. And so, I went shopping for my uniform and missed my 8A.M. orientation. For some reason, however, they're giving me aother chance... Probably because I sounded frantic... I even called the hotel to see when it was, but the lines were busy... So now I'm emo-ing.
Speaking of, why were you emo-ing? Did your painting not turn out the way you wanted it to? As for the pets, our cats used to go berserk. They'd get really loud, then all cuddly. Of course, the more retarded of the two now acts like that on a constant basis. Ah, there was more magnificent thunder last night! No rain, though TTATT

I'm just having trouble with a background. I realized that being an artist is kind of like being a novelist...you have to look up a bunch of stuff to see how things work. The background I want is one of a Japanese festival, so I'm looking up a bunch of Japanese festival pictures ^^.
Aww. I don't know much about cats, but my friend loves hers. She has two big fluffy ones. Hers are pretty calm though. Now my dog on the other hand...he can be obnoxious. He's so boring most of the time. Seriously, you'd wave a piece of food in front of his face, he'll just lay there and watch you until you bring it up to his face so he can eat it. But when he's protective he just barks and barks.....really loudly.

We used to have a pup. Well, a three-foot high pup. He was a lot bigger if he stood on his hinds. His name was Buddy. I mis him. e was pretty retarded too. I remember that when we'd go to the beach, he'd always run after waves, then run away when they came back in. He did this ALL DAY. Never went into the water. Just chased the waves. He'd snap at them too.

I'm not quite sure if I'll add fireworks. The people in the drawing are going to be focused on something else, so I don't want to make it look like they're ignoring the fireworks ^^. But there will be a lot of those Japanese lanterns hanging everywhere!

Awwww!! That sounds like my dog. I'm glad dogs are entertained so easily though. My hamster would get bored after five minutes on her wheel. Then we'd have to take her out and play with her so she wouldn't bite her cage bars. I have a slight idea of what it's like to be a mother with a crying baby now XD.

Ah, yay! I love those lanterns! We've got a few of the cylindrical ones in our room, and my aunt's got a whole bunch of the round ones. They're so pretty! Oh, if you ever do a painting with fireworks, I wanna see. I love your style, and I wanna see how you do them, 'cause I know they'll turn out awesome! Does that make sense...?
Aww... I've never had a big thing for hampsters, though. For me, it's rats or snakes. I love 'em both, and I'd own 'em both if one wouldn't eat the other... My cats are retarded... Sorry... Random, I know. What're the names of your pets? Ours have very... unoriginal names... The older, stupider cat is Fuzzy, and the other, cuter cat is Rusty. We're so creative, I know XD

I know what you mean! I actually wanted to get a rat (a snake was out of the questions since my aunt is terrified of snakes), but my mom thought they were gross. So I got a hamster (A Syrian hamster....which pretty much looks like a rat with a stubby tail X3).
My hamster's name is Mochiko. We usually call her Momo though. I was originally going to get a male black bear hamster and name it Momoshiro, but they were out of males. So Mochiko it was.
And my dog's name is Shams, which is Arabian for "sun". He's a reddish gold color and has the prettiest green-brown eyes you'll ever see.

LOL Pet bat...much awesome. Reminds me of a time when my friend and her 5 yr old sister visited their aunt's mansion. A bat flew from out of the shadows and clung onto her little sister's back. She said it wasn't funny at the time, but now, just remembering that black flying rat clinging onto her sister's pink dress just gives her the kicks.

Aww, when we lived in our old house, a bat flew down the furnace chimney thing and into our basement... Now, it was just after sundown, and it was dark and creepy. And then the bat flew by a beam of light, and we could see a HUGE shadow on the wall. After running into the wall a bunch of times (making really loud noises), it flew upstairs and I, being terried but curious, followed it. Then it flew into another wall, and landed on the floor. Now, our cats had beeb chasing it this whole time, so when it fell, it just clung on to the first thing it could find. That being, it clung to my cat. It was epic. And you can have the cat. He's retarded.
And my shoulder's free to lean on! I actually have no clue what it's like to have a tooth pulled... My best friend is about to have her toot pulled next monday, and she's terrified she'll do something retarded. As for me, I never knew that the gas made you cracky after the fact... So, armed with that knowledge, I'd arrange for a camera to be there for when I woke up. Then I'd sell the videos on Youtube or something. It'd be epic <33
Ah, and don't worry about not being able to sleep... I amost never sleep at night either. I always end up sleeping in the afternoon >.>'

As for my job, it is really hard work. For the first 5 or so hours, we're prepping tables, polishing dishware, organizing, helpiing the kitchen staff... Plus, since it was my first day, they were going easy on me. Then we get a nice, long, tense break, knowing that we serve after we're done. The other day we served 120 people at a wedding banquet. Luckily, it was only three courses plus coffee and tea, so it wasn't too bad. I have NO idea how many I'm serving tomorrow, though... And yeah, my boss is really nice. She bought me lunch yesterday <33
