Ohhh. I got it! It's because your little radio box is under 'RBG' on the other one, whereas it's under the HSB area in this photo.
If you have the R B or G selected, then the color is based off of whichever one of those you have selected... something something.
So, if you just selected H of the radio buttons, it should switch back. I just tested this on my Photoshop and that did it. >__>
