I took this picture on my deck as tornado sirens blared... I had to run inside and didn't have a chance to get a better picture.*The date I take the pictures is usually wrong because I always change the batteries and dont change the date back

I miss weather like this. I used to live in Tulsa, Oklahoma and saw these skies dozens of times.

Nice choice of landscape, but it appears to me that you're still lacking in capturing it. It would've been a very beautiful shot if you gain some more experience and know the techniques and such. This shot, though on a beautiful scene, is too dim. Try to experiment on saturation, and exposure and find out what works best in the dim light such as this one. It would've been beautiful if you could capture it bright. This works when you have aperture a little wider, and/or longer exposure time. There should be a balance point between those two somewhere for such case.

Ya I was in a rush taking this picture so I didn't get exactly what I wanted
I like it dim for the mood purpose, but never thought how it would look bright
