This is kind of a redesign, more or less I suppose.
I never really liked the look of the original Lady Deadpool with the single blonde ponytail sticking out of her head like an female orc in WoW.

I decided to go with a more exposed face, but let the eye mask stay the same. I also gave her dark brown hair, since Deadpool originally had brown hair before he was experimented on.

For me, this piece was a big leap in technique. I didn't use lines, but I tried just blocking in color, starting very broad and working into details. Many artists I respect and admire to be like offer his suggestion in terms of process and I have to stay it's definitely much quicker and has given me better results.

I'm still learning digital techniques and I hope to keep advancing my skills with each new piece to come!

What I'm really excited about is that this is also a preview of what to expect as well at Youmacon '11
