Mm some nice-ass backstory-

Whisp was hatched by a Cyres who was unwilling to have a child, let alone a girl. They put her in what resembled a large birdcage, and made her sing for money. Eventually someone caught the corrupt Cyres and took them away, but they didn't find Whisp as her cage was hidden in the basement. Whisp grew weaker and weaker as the days went by, thinking that she would never escape, but one day her cage fell and some of the bars bent and broke, giving her an escape route. Without a second thought, Whisp crawled out from the cage and stumbled away from the house as fast as she could, not looking back for a second until she reached the town and was taken in at the nursery. Since then she has never really spoken, virtually mute after her experiences.

(I don't really think this needs a filter, it's not gore or anything... Please tell me if you think otherwise and I'll add one!)
