As always, he'd make something mind-blowing. That's what we love MacGyver for.

create an improvised radio, that changes the moving direction or a satellite, that falls down and does so faster than MacGyver because of the orbital speed, the explosion wave being jsut enough to break Gyvers fall and toss him onto a random pine with a minor action hero shoulder bruise

Actually, Chuck would never hit the ground. The Earth would be too scared and dodge out of the way.

Make a cat-bomb out of this and throw it at ground. The explosion wave will slow down the fall.

It would be awesome if you actually have a cat named Macgyver, and you weren't just speaking jive...! But the jive is cool, nevertheless!

MacGyver was one of my favorite TV shows as a kid.... I was so happy when I got a pocket-knife just like his... Damn I miss that show. :/

I had to ask my dad who MacGyver was...
Yeah, I'm out of things. But I trust he ranks up there with Jack Bauer and Bear Grylls.

LOL. Because everything is solvable with gum, a clip, and wires when falling 40 ft from the air.
