The far right guy is either the android from the Blade Runner movie or from Almost Human tv series.

Definitely isn't from Almost Human. Everyone else has said Blade Runner, so I'm guessing that's it (Haven't seen it), but Dorian from Almost Human is played by Michael Ealy and is African American, so I think it's a safe bet this isn't him....

It is the android from Blade Runner. I remember either the main character or the antagonist wear a brown trench coat in the movie, from when I watched it this past summer.
