Description
Tygember, the Ember Cat Pokemon.

It's fairly easy to distinguish between a male and female Tygember; the males are white with silver stripes and the females are orange with purple stripes. Males are also more aggressive then females and are very difficult to train.

Tygember usually never evolve; there has only ever been one case of a male Tygember evolving in order to save the Saphardic region from the Legendary Thunder Cat, Zapanther. The resulting evolution, Blaziger, has kept peace in the Saphardic region for over a hundred years. He hasen't been seen in decades.

There has never been a recorded case of a female Tygember evolving.

Tygember dies when the flame on its head goes out. The historical male Tygember forced his flame to go out, the resulting cinders falling from his head caught his soft down on fire, which caused him to evolve.

The hot rock at the end of its tail is used as Tygember's primary mode of defense.

Tygember are solitary and only come together to breed. Tygember cubs are painfully adorable, but should only be caught and trained by very eperienced trainers.

Done with sharpies and colored pencils. Orignally designed in 2006, but redesigned in 2008.
