What's the resolution of your canvas? it should be around 72 px.

for icons and regular art its usually 100 px since i dont really like to go below it

What Are Eye Frames?Where Do You Put Them In.

you need a program called gimp! eye frames are the frames where you have the eyes blinking
so one layer will have the eyes open, the next will have the eyes closed a little bit, and the next will have eyes closed a little bit more, etc

It was fun, but I think the gimp animation is at the beginning a bit complicated... because I didn't want the blinking as fast as yours, so it took more time to do the animation, but I finally succeeded! (even if it's quite weird.. xD)
