Description
When I started out with this--as usual--I had no idea of what I wanted it to look like.When it was finished, I named it "sidhe" because if means "'people of the (fairy) hills". She looks fairly Fae-ish and it all looks to be underground, so it fits.

Sorry it took me so long to reply to you. "Sidhe" is a term for faeries or certain type of them, depends on who you ask. And, if I'm right, it's pronounced "shee",

I can appreciate the amount of effort it took to achieve this. I see you work like I do...whether its writing or digital art I never know what the end result will be until I get to it. Not working from a script achieves fantastic results in your case.

All of what I do, I taught myself and--boy!--was it all hard to learn!
Working just on a whim (or experimenting until it just looks right) is a wonderfuly way to do art. If it's all planned out, the work looks rigid, forced.
Henrik is a wonderful guy. I feel bad that I haven't used any of his stock yet, but I will soon.

Im with you...in terms of my art and writing I work the same way. Ive never had formal lessons with software...its all by trial and error and there is still so much for me to learn so that I can realise some of the things I see in my head. I dont like to plan either -- noth even with writing; so far I am very lucky I think, with how things turn out....
Henrik is so sweet -- Ive got a couple ideas for his stock -- but at the moment my writing muse has bitten again....
Got more of yours to fave and will be swinging by again -- battling the flu and really bad bloody noses at the moment...You have a certain style that comes through that I just love -- very difficult to put into words...a certain visual flair....
