Description
now if anything is experimental that's what this is...One of my first serious attempts at color photography, this was for a homework assignment of a class that I'm trying to get into.
The assignment was to take pictures of white objects.
White masking tape, text, and a map of the east coast.
What I love about this so much is that I opened the book to a random page, stuck the tape on in random places, and it wasn't until I was focusing my camera that I noticed the words "anonymous shadow" written directly under one of the natural shadows. So obviously I chose to leave that in focus
The map page was random too, I purposely stuck a piece of tape over Boston.
The book is The First Man by Albert Camus.

wow... that "coincedence" of Anonymous Shadow is pure grace. that's awesome. thanks for noting the book! you've touched me with intrigue, and surely ill follow as i have seen what happened with Sigur Rรณs. the music has made quite an impact and will continue to. i think i could safely say that, in subtle ways independent of your contemporaries as one of my devwatches, you invoke my peculiar and deep appreciations. i am captivated and partially transformed in my vision by your work. ...projecting a light, or some other vibration, that fuels my unconscious workings, contributing to my vespertine cultivations...
