Sorry the drawings got kind of crappy there at the end.Anywho, here's the "pants" part of the tutorial. Hope this helps.

Hi, sorry can I ask what do you mean when direct thrust wrinkles always move in a S shape. I cant see the s, then look quite straight I thought?

It would be easier to show you, but you know how an "s" curves one way at the top, and then another way at the bottom? Even if it's only slight, the thrusts will always follow the energy, which means they'll follow the limb that's moving. So it will usually curve one way at the top, and then another way at the bottom.
Does that make sense?

Truthfully, I like how Kishimoto draws his guys' pants. He's the one who draws Naruto. Usually he just puts a slash one direction , a few a little ways above, and on the opposite leg he'll start in the opposite direction.

Here's an excellent example. I know it's embarrassing to look in those places, but you really have to look before you can draw it well. This is just an example of how one person does it. [link]

[link] Notice how in this one it hangs straight down with almost now wrinkles? That's because of how loose it is on his body, but you can also see there's a pretty dark, vertical wrinkle from top to bottom on the inside of the leg.
