This is my second attempt at coloring someones lines and frankly I don't like how it turned out... Women require more shading and this one has more flowing clothes than the archer I did a while ago. I suck at shading. I do like the eyes on this one though, even if they are bugging out
.Oh um... I submitted another large version of the file again so you can see lots of... ugliness up close lol. With this deviation I realize I need to work on cleaning up sketches, shading, coloring hair, and a whole host of other things. The good news is I didn't have to spend loads of time cleaning things up, now that I started using masks.
This was done in Photoshop CS2, the lines are from 's contest.

Looks really good. Line art definately isn't easy and cleaning it up lol is also a chore I have a lot of respect for those who can do this. I've tried a few times. There are some really good tutorials in the tutorial section here on DA. Keep it up ...awesome starts!!!!

The notebook is AWESOME!!! Pure, untainted AWESOMENESS!!! I can't stress that enough. Seriously.
So far I haven't used it for graphics and now that I have it I'm pretty sure drawing/painting with it in Photoshop won't work out so well... unless I plug in an external keyboard. So I'll probably have to wait on that kind of thing until I can get a program called Sketchbook Pro, which is designed for this kind of computer and can save as TIFF files for Photoshop

^_^ I'm a SciFantasy junkie. ^_^ Let's put it this way: I know more about Xmen and Star Wars than most ever do about anything.

Sci-Fi, Fantasy, and Sci-Fantasy mostly. I like most genres but those are the ones that I'm almost always willing to go the extra distance for (like geting an entire series on DVD for instance).
X-Men, Star Wars, Star Trek, Stargate (both series), Lord of the Rings, Merlin, War of the Worlds.... etc etc etc. I also have an annoying nack for remembering charactors in from T.V. shows and movies, including my brothers shows! It's a little strange when my little brother asks me the name of a charactor from his favorite shows because he doesn't remember it... yet in every other situation I'm considered to have little to no memory at all. Haha, another paradox of my life! I'm loaded with them!
I haven't sat down long to read since elementary school sadly. I used to really love reading but for some reason I stopped at some point, dropped in reading speed considerably, and let my time management skills die a horrable death
Lol, I have a decent sized stack of books I never read and another good sized stack of d&d books for research but not play.... Yep, I'm an odd one alright.
