Your poetry has a definite ring of song lyrics, in my humble opinion. I'd say it's a little bit too sing-song for "normal" poetry, but for song lyrics it's well above par--enough song in it to, well, be sung, but more than enough feeling and effort, and that's what tends to be missing in a lot of lyrics. I guess what I'm trying to say is that these have depth, and they're certainly good enough that I wouldn't be surprised to hear them on the radio some day. Nice work.

the story goes like this, i doubted her true feelings for me. she then wrote me the following poem. i then responded to it, with the one above.

'id chase you'

Id spend every minute of my awakining day with your thoughts
