I am really enjoying the style of this - the elongated anatomy looks quite striking. What I don't like is the black border around the character. It looks as though you couldnt decide whether you wanted to go smooth or artistically-messy with it, and as a result it just looks kind of out-of-place. The line art for the rest of the character looks kind of untidy (as a deliberate effect) and if you wanted to put a border around her, I think you really could have made this look cool by making that borer deliberately untidy, perhaps with stray sketch lines still visible or something like that.
The base of the thumb (on the hand that is holding the phone not the earpiece) looks a little too thick.
