You know what? I like this character. The "cute-death" motif makes for an interesting splice trait. I recently took an interest in looking into a series called "Soul Eater" (especially since it's been announced to start airing on Adult Swim), and this girl instantly reminds me of the show and it's visual style.

She's pretty formulaic I think, but she was designed to fit the "creepy but cute" kind of design.
I actually first drew Poco before I had seen Soul Eater, but yeah there's definitley a similarity between her and Makka.
I originally drew her Scythe first, and then drew a girl to go with it. Poco herself originally based off of Gungrave and this [link] picture of Cammy from SFA3
Though personally I think she looks a lot like Azusa from K-on, even though Poco came first, haha.

She is admittedly kind of similar, what with the huge weapon and color scheme and all.
I actually designed Poco waaaay before BRS was a thing, but i don't mind the comparison onE bit because I absolutely love BRS.
