Fine for the most part. Check out what I have been doing the past year. You are not going to believe this, but I have started to draw too...but just sketches.
I don't know if you have seen the Lucasfilm 'Strange Magic'. But I have been drawing a couple characters from that movie. On of my favorite characters is a butterfly fairy by the name of Marianne.

That wasn't my first drawing, it is my 7th actually. This is my first one:
When I was finished with this, I was actually in awe. I could NEVER draw faces in high school. I looked at a couple of tutorials on YouTube and then decided to give it a shot. Once I had the eyes (always the most difficult part for me in the past), I just kept going and going. Once the face was done, I did her neck and shoulders. I just couldn't believe I did that. Naturally I said to myself it must be a fluke. BUT this was my second drawing of Marianne:
I was even more in shock with that drawing. BUT the biggest surprise was my fourth drawing of her as that one looks the most like her:
This was the last drawing I did of Marianne to date. I wanted to make a sexy pin up of her:

I was surprised how they came out as is. In high school I could never draw faces right. I could do bodies, but that was it. BUT I guess something happened as time went on and giving it another shot proved that I COULD do it...albeit on a basic level.

I have been busy myself. Sadly, my father passed away recently, and I have much to take care of since I am left with his house and finances to take care of.
That is great that you getting out and going to comic conventions. I know you been busy with that when we were talking about your work early on. BUT you have a tendency to disappear!
Anyway, nice to see you pop in from time to time with something.

Yeah it has been a bit tough going because I have to deal with my father's issues that he left behind such as his finances and also the house. I have to clear it out as more than likely I am going to move in.

Yeah...when my mother died two years ago, my father did most of phone calling and leg work. Also in the case of my wife, when her mother died...she had siblings help her. With me, I am doing it all on my own now.
