I may not have paintool sai, but this is still very helpful.
I wish I could do the lineart like you do with the program I use, but it's much more difficult for me. I don't have enough money to really buy paintool sai, so it's not easy to make stuff like this, also adding that its very time consuming...
Thanks!

I have a Mac and I love it to bits. My PC is full of viruses because of my brother, and Paint Tool Sai is only on PC. Your so talented with this...! >-< How long have you been doing digital?

How cute! I was wondering what you use for the lineart though. Is it the vector/linework layer? I really needed this!

i'm pretty sure she uses a plain layer and lines with the default pen tool for sai. ((most people who use graphic tablets don't use the lineart layer so))

Your coloring style is mindblowingly awesome. I focus so much on animation that I forget to practice actual coloring, so I just make flat colors, basic shadows and maybe some filters on top...in FLASH, because Photoshop is too mainstream for me, apparently.
Thank you for the tutorial, hope to see more amazing art from you soon. ^^

some parts don't make as much sense as others but basically you just use the airbrush tool for most of it? also i have used SAI before and the blending tool is as confusing as SHIT. also did you use a white airbrush for the little shinies? :3

This is actually how I colour my ponies. Each part separately, hair, eyes, skin ect. Great job.

This is a spiffy tutorial. I figured that's how you did things but for others this will be really, really helpful. I like airbrushed lineart as well. C:
